Decals

Are normally used to Logo Porcelain, Glass and Ceramic Products. We Screen print the decals with one or more colours, then apply them to the product and fire in a Kiln. Leaving the product with a permanent decoration.

Embroidery

Stitching your Logo or Text onto fabric eg Shirts, Bags, Tracksuits, Badges. Reproducing  your Image or Text by digitising, we embroider up to 15Colours using high speed computer controlled machines. The cost of Embroidery is based on both the number of stitches in the design and the number of  products being embroidered.

Engraving

Computer controlled cutting or etching of Logos or Text onto Glass, Metal, Plastic, Wood, or other materials using a laser or diamond tip. Great for Plaques, Name Badges, Awards, Dog Tags.

Etching & Sand Blasting

Using a stencil of your Logo or Text we either Sandblast Or Etch your  image onto glass, ceramic, marble, etc.

Pad Printing

Using a silicone pad to lift an image from an inked printing plate, we transfer it to another surface. As with Screen Printing - each colour needs an individual plate.  Products traditionally pad printed include :- Clocks, Pens, Pencils, Golf Balls,  Key-Rings, Stress Balls, Mugs, Glasses, Calculators. Print size - normally no bigger than 40mm x 40mm.

Screen Printing

We transfer your Logo or Text onto a silk screen. Ink is then forced through the screen onto the product below. As with Pad Printing - each colour requires an individual screen. We use this method to print onto :- T-Shirts, Sweat Shirts, Coasters, Glasses, Mugs, Tiles, Bags, etc
