Am I able to pick up my order?
Yes, by prior arrangement, pick up is available from Marsden 4132


Can I place my order by phone?
No, we prefer all orders via email, to prevent any mistakes.  Please ensure that you provide all product details, decoration details, date required, post code and suburb for delivery if required.


Will i get to see what my products will look like prior to decorating?
Yes, we provide a digital pre production proof for approval, for all clients on receipt of a confirmed order with either a 50% deposit, or payment in full (depending on turnaround time)  All orders with a tight turnaround, are required to pay in full at placement of order.


How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from artwork approval and payment receipt as a guide.  However, depending on what is required, we have produced engraved orders within a 24hour turnaround.  This time may vary depending on time of year. Christmas & New Year Holiday Closedown, & Public Holidays. 
 As each enquiry is different, please contact us to discuss your personal requirements.


What is the quality of your products?
We only use commercial quality glassware, drinkware and promotional products. Most of our glassware is manufactured either in Europe or America.


Do you do bulk order discounts?
Yes, the more you order, the cheaper the price becomes.  Please browse our product pages, which show pricing with quantity discounts. Or please email us for a detailed quote.


Do you actually produce the products yourself?
Yes, we Embroider, Engrave, Pad Print, Screen Print flat products, Screen Print Rotational Products, & Produce Large Format Digital Prints In-House.


I would like my logo engraved, it has a lot of fine detail, will it work with engraving?
Laser engravings ability to hold fine detail is extraordinary.  Laser engraving enables you to have reproduced fine detailed artwork.   Lines and type reproduce legibly, crisply, and clearly.  Logos with fine detail and small text are reproduced with amazing results.

How can i pay for my order?
You can pay via direct debit, cash or cheque.

Can you engrave on cylindrical products like mugs and glasses?
Yes we can.  We have specialized equipment allowing us to engrave on numerous cylindrical products, of various materials.

What materials can be engraved?
Many metals, wood, plastics, glass, can be engraved with excellent results.

This varies product to product, and design to design.  Please    with your specific personalised requirements for a detailed quote.


I want a repeat of my last order, is that possible?
Yes, all client details are kept on file, for future reference.  Please  with your order enquiry.
